Shipping & Delivery

- Prints are rolled in a wide-diameter tube. Original watercolors are protected and shipped flat. Every shipment includes tracking and insurance. The carrier is selected based on the destination and package requirements.
- Orders are typically prepared and shipped within one week of purchase. Most domestic orders arrive within approximately one week after shipping, although carrier delays may occur during busy periods.
- Within the United States, insured tube shipping for prints is $60 and insured flat shipping for original watercolors is $85. Local pickup at Maison Djouf in Healdsburg is complimentary. Oil paintings are available by inquiry, and shipping is quoted individually based on size and destination.
- Every package is insured. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact studio@cristinahobbs.com within 48 hours and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label so I can begin a claim. If tracking has stopped updating or your package has not arrived within two weeks of shipment, please contact the studio so I can investigate.
International shipping is not available through online checkout at this time. Please contact the studio before purchasing to request a shipping quote and confirm availability for your destination.

- I minimize plastic wherever possible and use recyclable cardboard and paper materials. Clean packaging may be reused to reduce waste. Any packing peanuts are made from biodegradable starch and can be composted or dissolved in water. Please reuse or recycle the remaining materials when possible.
Artwork is photographed in natural light whenever possible so color and texture are represented accurately. Some room and framing images are digitally created for visualization. Frames shown in those images are not included unless the product description specifically states that the work is sold framed or a frame option is selected.

- Hand washing is recommended to preserve the surface of each piece. The ceramics are dishwasher safe when needed.
- For everyday care, wash gently by hand with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge. Matte glazes can be more porous than glossy surfaces and may develop subtle marks with use. If metal utensil marks appear, use a small amount of nonabrasive cleaner that is safe for stoneware, testing it first on an inconspicuous area.
- The clay body is durable, but each piece is intended to record the history of its use. Subtle surface changes may develop over time, especially with frequent use. I embrace this natural evolution and the beauty of the variations that emerge.

- Because each artwork is original or produced in a limited edition, all sales are final. If an item is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact studio@cristinahobbs.com so I can assist with the insured-shipping claim.
- Yes. I accept a limited number of commissions for private collectors, designers, and hospitality spaces. Visit the Commissions page to learn about the process and begin an inquiry. Timing is established individually based on the scale and scope of each project.
- Wholesale availability is limited, but I welcome inquiries from thoughtfully selected shops, galleries, and design partners whose work feels aligned with the studio. Please contact studio@cristinahobbs.com with a brief introduction and information about your business.
