FAQs
Shipping & Delivery
-
I ship all orders exclusively via FedEx.
All items are fully insured against loss or damage during transit, providing peace of mind.
Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
-
Orders are typically sent out within one full week of your purchase.
Most domestic shipments arrive within one week after shipping, but please note that delays may occur during peak shipping seasons or due to factors outside of my control (like customs).
-
Shipping costs are calculated for each region/country based on the items in your cart.
I can't specify exact costs for multi-item orders in advance, but if a shipping overcharge occurs, I will reimburse the extra amount after postage has been purchased.
-
Because all packages are insured, if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me immediately so I can begin a claim.
If your package has not arrived within two weeks of the shipment date, please contact me so I can look into beginning a lost package claim.
-
Yes, I do. International shipments may take additional time due to customs and transfer between mail carriers.
Customs charges, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your shipping cost.
Packaging & Photography
-
I aim to minimize plastic products by using recyclable packing materials (cardboard and paper). If your box or packing materials look used, it's because I make an effort to reuse as much clean, recycled material as possible!
My packing peanuts are made from biodegradable starch and can be composted or dissolved in water. Please reuse or recycle the cardboard and paper materials!

All works are photographed using natural light to ensure the color and texture are displayed accurately.
Due to the complexity and depth of natural surfaces, please be aware that the subtle qualities and colors within the work may vary slightly under different light conditions in your home.
Care Instructions (For Pottery)
-
Yes, my pieces are dishwasher safe for when hand washing is not possible.
-
For general cleaning, simple hand washing is best.
My Matte glazes are porous and may absorb colors from certain foods/spices (like turmeric, beets, and tomato sauce). A simple, gentle scrub with water and baking soda can remove most, if not all, of these stains.
Cutlery marks can often be scrubbed off using a sprinkling of a non-abrasive cleanser like 'Bar Keepers Friend' or 'Norex'.
-
The clay body is durable, but my pieces are intended to record the history of their use over time. You should expect subtle variations on the surfaces over periods of frequent use.
I embrace this natural change and find beauty in the imperfections that occur.
Orders, Returns, & Commissions
-
Generally, all sales are final. I do not accommodate returns, refunds, or cancellations.
-
Yes! Please visit the Commissions page/section of my website for information on my current availability, timeline (commissions can take 10 to 12 weeks), and the next steps for submitting a request.
-
At this time, production capacity is primarily focused on supplying my direct outlets. However, I am open to strategic wholesale partnerships with select retailers whose brand values and aesthetic direction are in profound alignment with my artistic practice. Interested parties may submit an inquiry for review.
